Yabbies on the menu!

Chef Kurt has sourced a great supply of local yabbies for the GRAZING menu. The new summer menu fetaures an entree of "Steamed fresh yabbies with parsley and hazelnut ‘picada’, crisp caramelised onion tuile and garden tomato salad." Yum!
